Every city has someone who made it out. Los Santos has a repo man from Forum Drive who drove his way to the hills.

He grew up on Forum Drive, in his aunt’s house, on a block where the streetlights worked when they felt like it. He took cars back for a living — fast, quiet, not a scratch — and learned every shortcut in the city doing it.

The block’s colour is green. The dog is Chop, and where Franklin goes, Chop goes. The driving? Ask anyone who ever tried to follow him.

$FRANKLIN is a community meme coin on Solana — a fan tribute to the hustler who went from repo jobs to the Vinewood Hills. No roadmap promises. Just a kid from Forum Drive with a full tank.
